چکیده

Introduction Continuous monoculture leading to soil nutrient depletion may cause a decline in plantation productivity. Cow dung is typically used as cheap renewable resource improve status. In this study, our purpose was compare the effects of different cow return methods (direct and carbonization return) on microbial communities phosphorus availability root zone (rhizosphere non-rhizosphere soil) P.euphratica seedlings forest gardens explore possible chemical mechanisms. Methods Field experiments were conducted. Two-year-old planted together with 7.5 t hm -2 biochar made from same amount dung. Results Our findings indicated that available content subjected treatment considerably greater than directly treated dung, an increase level both aboveground underground components seedlings. The Olsen-P rhizosphere increased by 134% 110%, respectively. This primarily result direct indirect impact characteristics. Biochar biodiversity bacteria compared Shannon diversity index carbonized manure returning field 1.11 times 1.10 control, Chao1 1.20 1.15 control.Compared addition copy number functional genes phoC pqqc soil. treatment, abundance phosphate-solubilizing Sphingomonas Lactobacillus significantly higher other treatments, it relative 4.83% 2.62%, respectively, which indirectly improved availability. Discussion results exert soils via pathways. These that, more significant soils, well growth community.

Biochar Application Effects on Soil Phosphorus Sorption and Release

We investigated the effects of chromate (CrVI) and phosphate (P) on their uptake and translocation in As-hyperaccumulator Pteris vittata (PV). Plants were exposed to 1) 0.05 mM CrVI and 0, 0.05, 0.25 or 1.25 mM P or 2) 0.25 mM P and 0, 0.05, 0.25 or 1.25 mM CrVI for 24 h in hydroponics. PV accumulated 2,919 mg/kg Cr in the roots at CrVI0.05, and 5,100 and 3,500 mg/kg P in the fronds and roots a...

the effect of functional/notional approach on the proficiency level of efl learners and its evaluation through functional test

in fact, this study focused on the following questions: 1. is there any difference between the effect of functional/notional approach and the structural approaches to language teaching on the proficiency test of efl learners? 2. can a rather innovative language test referred to as "functional test" ge devised so so to measure the proficiency test of efl learners, and thus be as much reliable an...

Amendment effects on soil test phosphorus.

Applications of animal manures have increased soil test P values in many parts of the USA and thus increased the risk that soil P will be transferred to surface water and decrease water quality. To continue farming these areas, landowners need tools to reduce the risk of P losses. A field experiment was conducted near Kurten, TX, on a Zulch fine sandy loam (thermic Udertic Paleustalfs) with Bra...

Relationship between soil test phosphorus and phosphorus in runoff: effects of soil series variability.

Phosphorus loss in runoff from agricultural fields has been identified as an important contributor to eutrophication. The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between phosphorus (P) in runoff from a benchmark soil (Cecil sandy loam; fine, kaolinitic, thermic Typic Kanhapludult) and Mehlich III-, deionized water-, and Fe(2)O(3)-extractable soil P, and degree of phosphorus...
